What is premium Snapchat ? Premium Snapchat is subscription based snapchat account that allows your fans to signup and have private access to your Premium Account's Story and also have the opportunity to Direct Message you.

What do I need to do to get started? The first step to create a new Snapchat account which you will be using as for your Premium Account, once you have an account or if you already have a Premium Snapchat account you can just merge it into Starsnapz, just fill in the application form here.

What information do you need on my application before it can be reviewed?

1. A total of 8 images. (Put the gallery to good use and use snapchat saved images to show what they are to expect to see on your premium story)
2. One intro teaser video (An 8-10 second video recorded and saved to your camera roll from Snapchat)
3. Complete the bio. Use this as a area to introduce yourself and let your fans know more about what they can expect from your Premium Snapchat account)
4. Email your ID for verification. This is crucial as we cannot accept any applications without it.

How long does it usually take to get verified? Accounts will be reviewed and either accepted or declined within 24hrs if the application is complete. Please see steps above. To speed up this process, once you have completed the above send us an email to notify us on [email protected]

Can I close my account whenever I please? We can close your account at any time. If you have current subscribers, we will ask you to make the choice to either:

1. Carry on posting until your last fans monthly subscription ends. They will not be re-billed and we will not accept any more subscriptions to your Premium Snapchat account. You will then be paid the outstanding amount of earnings on your account on the next payout period after your last subscriber has expired
2. We will close down your account with immediate effect. All of your current subscribers will be notified and reimbursed of either their most recent transaction.

Do I need a separate Premium Snapchat account? If you have a Snapchat account you for promo/personal use then yes, it's so important to create a new snapchat account for your Premium account. It will become very confusing who has paid and who has not so will not be able to focus on all your paying subscribers which can result in them cancelling their subscription, plus if you have lots of followers on your free Snapchat account, you can always promote to your story that you have a new Premium for paying subscribers only giving them the option to move to the subscription.

How will I know who signs up? Every time you get a sale, you get an email with the subscribers Snapchat ID (he/she also gets an email with your Premium Snapchat ID, where he/she can add you as a friend) where you login to your Premium account and add him/her as a friend. If the subscriber cancels, then after his/her 30 days are over you will get another email with his/her Snapchat ID telling you to remove him/her. If the subscriber does not cancel he/her will rebill and continue with his subscription.

How can I ensure that only paying subscribers get to view my content? As long as you do the following, only your paying subscribers (people on your friends list) will be able to view your story, in your premium snapchat go to the SETTINGS and click on MY STORY, then make sure FRIENDS is ticked.

How will I know if someone cancels their subscription? Customers are automatically re billed each month. If for any reason a customer cancels their subscription or we are unable collect the funds, you will receive an email with the customers Snapchat ID so you can manually remove them.

How do I get fans to subscribe to my account ? The key is to promote your Starsnapz Profile through your social media platforms to promote your premium snapchat account. Please ask us to email you the details on how to make the most from your Starsnapz account. We are here to help you make the most from your Starsnapz account.

What percentage do I get? You will receive a whopping 80% of the revenue after processing fees.

When do I get paid? Starsnapz pays out on the 21st of each month for the previous month, so for example, Junes fees will be paid out on the 21st f July and July’s fees will be paid out on the 21st of August and so on. Please bear in mind that there is a minimum pay-out amount. Please see below.

Is there a minimum pay-out amount? The minimum amount we are able to pay out is $100, if for any reason you haven’t reached this amount in the month, it will be rolled over to the next month. We are more than happy to work with any models who for whatever reason are not reaching their earning potential.

What content is allowed on my profile? Nudity and topless images are allowed but please cover nude areas with Snapchat icons and no explicit content. i.e. toys or acts of a sexual nature. If you work to these levels please state this within the bio so your potential subscribers know that toys are used on your story.

Can I get money transfer by BACS payment outside of the UK? Yes, our models are based all of over the world.

What is an IBAN number? Your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Bank Identifier Code (BIC) are your account number and sort code written in a standard, internationally recognized format. They help us to process your international payments automatically, making them faster, safer and cheaper

WHAT IS A SWIFT CODE? A SWIFT code is an international bank code that identifies particular banks worldwide. It's also known as a Bank Identifier Code (BIC). CommBank uses SWIFT codes to send money to overseas banks. A SWIFT code consists of 8 or 11 characters

How to get my IBAN / SWIFT CODE? Please contact your bank and ask them for your Swift code / IBAN number. Some banks only have a swift code, if your bank does not have an IBAN then please just state your SWIFT and Account Number.
